Using Cal Habibi

Cal Habibi provides food and activity tracking tools, including AI-assisted food recognition. Nutrition information is an estimate and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition affecting your diet, consult a qualified professional before relying on the app’s targets.

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use Cal Habibi. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your device and account secure.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed and managed through the App Store or Google Play. Pricing, trial terms and cancellation are shown in the app before you subscribe and are governed by the relevant store’s terms. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.

Circles and acceptable use

Circles let you share your first name, a photo and your weekly points with people you invite. Anything you put there — a name, a Circle name or emoji, a photo — must not be:

• sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory;
• harassing, bullying or threatening towards anyone;
• an impersonation of another person or organisation;
• spam, advertising, or unlawful in any other way.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any member can report a name, photo or Circle from inside the app, and hide another member so they no longer see them. We review every report within 24 hours. We may remove content, rename a Circle, remove someone from Circles, or suspend or close the account of anyone who breaks these rules. To raise something outside the app, write to support@calhabibi.com.

Also, don’t use Cal Habibi to attempt to disrupt the service, access other people’s data, or reverse-engineer the app beyond what’s permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
