Delete your Cal Habibi account

In the app

Open Cal Habibi and sign in.
Go to Profile → Personal details.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This works whether or not you have a subscription. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

If you can’t open the app, email privacy@calhabibi.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Cal Habibi account”. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the date you signed up and we’ll find the account with you. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, name and email address.
Your plan, goals, food diary, saved meals, weight and water history, exercise and badges.
Meal photos, progress photos and your Circle photo.
Your Circle memberships and scores. Reports you filed are deleted too.
If you signed in with Apple, we ask Apple to revoke Cal Habibi’s access.

What is kept, and for how long

A log of any action our team took on your account, such as granting or revoking a subscription, so that record stays accountable. It holds no diary or health data. The App Store and Google Play keep their own records of your purchases.
Crash reports, which never carry your account ID, name or email, for up to 90 days, after which they expire. Your analytics profile and usage events are erased with your account.
A report someone else filed about your Circle name or photo, while we need it to handle the report.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account so you aren’t charged again: App Store · Google Play.
